OCR - Computer Vision API
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I would like to access Computer Vision API to extract text from image. The below link clearly shows how to extract text by passing image URL. It works well when tried. But I need to upload local image from computer instead of URL and extract text from that. Can anyone get this computer vision API to work with local image upload(using React)

It should be fairly simple for someone who knows React well. I need this by tomorrow (in 36 hours max) If anyone interested, i can let you know what i have tried so far. Thanks.
