Nostr Client Install

I want someone to install a Nostr App on my server and then modify it. The app is written in Svelte, but I guess a React Engineer can figure out how to make these modifications.

Please only reply if you have studied the NOSTR protocol and have some familiarity with how NOSTR operates.
