Nextjs api config theme expert only

Job description :
I need nexsjs expert and I wanted to be able to load the theme based on the config without having to manually do anything. for example: api will send out theme number 1 and the nextjs will load settings of theme number 1 into the template. I will only need a working prototype with no design nothing.
Work to be done :
1. I need you to implement the config api pull changes to current project
2. nextjs will load all the theme files based on the config and load the component based on the theme config api
I will need this today done 24hours time delivery, if you cant do it in 24hours dont apply.
