Next.js (React) - make site faster, from F to B on GTmetrix

Hello,
If you don't know how to fork a repository, install it with npm, set up a temporary database just to run the site, please do nt bid. A simple .env needs to be put, otherwise the site won't start locally.
my side has server side rendering.
Now on https://gtmetrix.com/ it has:
-Grade F
-Performance 39%
-Structure 73%
-Largest contentful Paint: 3.7s
-Total blocking time: 458ms
In this project we need to get All green results in GTmetix for homepage only.
If you optimize at the same time also subpages good. I'll remember it when giving a review. But it's not needed.
The task is completed when the 3 boxes in GTmetrix for "GTmetrix Grade" and the 3 boxes for "Web Vitals" show values in green color for the homepage link.
Please note that you should not remove functionalities. The site has to look like the same, and the images should not have a worse visible quality.
We can replace the gif of the cookie notification, because it's heavy. But other images must be the same.
Video cannot be removed.
