News Website Development with User Interaction

I'm in need of an accomplished developer to bring my vision for a user-friendly news website into reality. The idea is to transform my current Wordpress site into a more interactive space using React.
Ideal candidate:
An expert in React and Wordpress with strong experience in creating engaging user interfaces. Experience integrating comment sections and account management systems a plus. The developer should also be aware of latest trends in web design, particularly minimalist design styles.
1. Proficient in ReactJs and NodeJs to deliver responsive web app that can work on desktop and mobile form factors
2. Strong comprehension of CMS systems – strapi and wordpress
3. Past experience in building News/Blogs website is a plus
4. Knowledge of integrating with REST APIs
Other requirements
1. Deliver high quality, well documented (code comments) and maintainable code.
2. Break into components for reusability and easy extension in future.
3. Should be open to feedbacks, make iteration and even provide their own suggestions to deliver web app which you will feel proud of.
