Need a floating video player with react context api using JW Player

Hi! I’m looking for a developer to create a custom floating video player using React Context API and the JW Player. I have a design I want implemented exactly, as well as a few additional features, such as adjustable playback rate and looping and timing information. I currently use JW Player for video playback and I’m looking for someone with the technical skills and experience to create the player I need.
