Need to build an application in react native , java and Mongo

Basically, this application will have these steps
1. End user will login with otp . UI has to be in react.
2. Fill up a form with required details
3. Verify the fields entered. Middleware has to be in Java
4. On successful fill up, send the end user a confirmation mail
5. Update the Mongo DB with the fields .
6. Need an import facility of the DB into excel.
7. Entire code has to be put in a github/gitlab repo.
