I am looking for a web developer with experience in React,Next.js and Node to help me develop a new website. The project involves building a job portal that will allow employers to post job openings and job seekers to apply for those jobs.

Design: I have a specific design and wireframe in mind for the website, which I would like the developer to follow.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficient in React and Node
- Experience in developing new websites from scratch
- Comfortable following design and wireframe specifications

getting recommended candidate from talent pool(employee who passed assessments) based on job details
