About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated *Full-Stack JavaScript Developer* with strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript to join our team on a full-time contractual basis. You’ll work closely with the core product team of a UAE-based startup to build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance web applications.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end components using React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript
* Work with PostgreSQL or other relational databases to design schemas, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, QA, product) to deliver high-quality features on schedule
* Develop responsive and accessible UI components (Tailwind CSS experience is a plus)
* Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services
* Write clean, modular, and testable code following best practices
* Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
* 3–5 years of experience in full-stack development
* Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript
* Strong understanding of relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL)
* Experience with version control systems like Git
* Solid understanding of software design principles and modern development workflows
Good to Have
* Experience with *AWS services* (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.)
* Familiarity with *Redis* for caching and queueing
* Styling expertise with *Tailwind CSS*
* Understanding of containerization tools like *Docker*
