Modern Responsive React Website

I’m looking for someone who can take my vision for a product- and service-showcase site and turn it into a sharp, lightweight React experience. Everything needs to be coded in plain HTML, CSS, and JavaScript inside a clean React framework, with performance and mobile-friendliness baked in from the first commit.

The finished site should:
• Load quickly on all devices, scoring well on Lighthouse and Core Web Vitals.
• Scale gracefully from phone to desktop with a fully responsive layout.
• Follow a modern, visually appealing design language—I’m open to your creative direction as long as the interface stays intuitive and uncluttered.
• Include a working contact form (client-side validation, spam protection, ready for back-end integration).
• Be written with well-structured, clearly commented code that I can hand off or extend later.

A Git repo with the complete source, build instructions, and a brief style guide will serve as the main deliverable. If you can demo a quick mock-up or wireframe early on, even better.
