Migrate a React/Node Presentational Website

I'm looking for a developer to assist in migrating my React/Node website from DigitalOcean to render.com. We were using Digital ocean as of now and now it has run out of credits so we are planning to migrate to a free node host and chose render.com (i am okay with other service too, if you have anything in mind as long as it free)as it supports both react and Node.Its a presentational website, we are using strapi for CMS. Shall provide access to root and SSH. It will be great if you can quickly do it. I have a budget of 500INR.
