Mern stack Api integrate & deploy

I have a small MERN-based application that already talks to a Node/Express API. What I’m missing is a clean React frontend layer to tie everything together.

Scope of work
• Create a basic form page with built-in field validation (required, pattern, length) using React Hook Form or a similar lightweight library.
• Add two interactive UI elements:
– A modal/dialog for confirmations and quick notices.
– A slider or carousel component to showcase a short list of items pulled from the API.
• Implement simple data fetching with Axios or fetch, then render the results in a table or card layout.
• Keep styling minimal—plain CSS modules or a utility framework like Tailwind is fine.

Acceptance
The components should compile without warnings, follow functional-component patterns, and be easy for me to extend later. A brief README with setup steps and the main component props is all I need for hand-off.

This is a focused task, so concise, well-commented code is more valuable to me than heavy styling or extra features.
