MERN stack developer.

I'm looking for an experienced MERN developer to build a demo-site for our AI solution. Our AI solution detects violence in videos and the demo-site will have multiple video samples, which, once selected, will run the actual API which runs the algorithm in real-time.
You will need to build the following:
1. API Stub (a 'fake' API that mimics certain behaviors which will be defined)
2. A UI that includes a video player, which streams MP4 files from AWS's S3 buckets, one after the other so it appears real
3. Call the API stub (will be replaced in integration with the real API), which will return
4. A web-socket simulation which will distribute real-time stats of the algorithm shared on the client side
5. Simple authentication allowing me to control who has access to the site
6. Ability to add RTSP streams and then call another API call to start the API process as well
7. Ability to upload videos and get results from the algorithm
