Looking for MERN Consultant

I am looking for a MERN consultant who can guide my son to build a journalism/newspaper website for his high school.
Something like these websites

Many of them are using Word Press, but we need to implement the website using MERN
It's basically an contents management system
The full skillset we need are
MERN Stack
React.js
MongoDB
redux
redux-saga
(redux-mock-store)
Node.js
Express.js
and more important: I am NOT looking for a code writing developer, what we need is a consultant to pass down experience to my son and
provide solution to him. So basically this job is a questions/answers based project, plus review the code, either pointing out the
issues or confirming its correction. So excellent English communication is very important
I know 99% developers won't take this job, so if you are within this 99% as well as you are not familiar with the skill sets shown above,
more important, if your English communication skill is not good, please ignore this post. Without having the skill set of what we need,
it is hard to take this job due to our special requirement
Again, this project is hourly based, as a consultant role. and this project is on going now, 10% frontend side implementation has been
finished
