Long-Term React Full-Stack Developer

We’re hiring a hands-on Full-Stack React Developer for an ongoing project.
This is a technical position for an actual developer, not an AI prompt engineer or ChatGPT user.
You’ll be working directly with our lead developer and are expected to commit code daily, communicate clearly, and quickly understand our project structure.

Position Details

Type: Part-time (20 hrs/week) with potential to scale up

Duration: Long-term ongoing work

Location: Remote

Timezone Flexibility: Must overlap with at least 4 hours of the lead developer’s working hours

Technical Stack

You must be proficient with:

Frontend: React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, Redux or Zustand, Tailwind CSS / Styled Components

Backend: Node.js, Express.js (or Nest.js), REST APIs

Database: MongoDB or PostgreSQL

Version Control: Git & GitHub (branching, pull requests, reviews)

DevOps: CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Docker, or Vercel)

Bonus: Experience with React Native for mobile apps

Responsibilities

Write clean, modular, and production-ready React & Node.js code

Make daily commits and push updates through GitHub

Provide daily progress reports and communicate blockers

Understand existing codebase quickly and contribute immediately

Participate in code reviews and discussions with the lead developer

Maintain CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployments

Build and integrate RESTful APIs efficiently

Optimize performance and implement scalable architecture

Requirements

3+ years of full-stack development experience

Solid understanding of React and modern JavaScript

Demonstrated experience with GitHub workflows and CI/CD

Ability to onboard fast and work independently

Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal)

Must show real project examples (GitHub or live demos)

Available 20 hours per week minimum

Nice to Have

React Native (cross-platform mobile experience)

Docker or containerized deployments

Familiarity with AWS, Vercel, or DigitalOcean

Experience with testing (Jest, Cypress, etc.)
