Long-Term Full-Stack Developer (React.js & Django, MongoDB) – AI Platform Integration

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Full-Stack Developer to join our team long-term and help expand our AI-powered web platform. You’ll work with our 95% ready WebUI and integrate it with our backend services—focusing on connection, optimization, and feature completion.

Tech Stack & Role
You’ll be working across the full stack:
Frontend: React.js (state management, component creation, UI integration)
Backend: Django (Python), Django REST Framework
Database: MongoDB (schema design, queries, optimization)
Infrastructure: Docker (especially for MongoDB containers)
Version Control: Git (pull requests, collaborative workflows)
APIs: Connect frontend to existing backend endpoints and AI modules

Your Core Mission
Your primary responsibility is to integrate our Web UI with existing AI backend services and training data, not to build or train AI models.
You will develop and maintain the following existing modules.
The project will be structured into four clear milestones:

Milestone #1 – Foundation & Admin System:
Set up MongoDB in Docker
Implement Admin Login System
Settings – User Management: Invite users (no public sign-up), OTP system, invitation emails
Tool Settings: Edit admin profile, manage API keys, library for “Upload Words text”
Connect GPU Worker (Vast.ai) to the Web UI
UI adjustments as needed during integration

Milestone #2 – Core AI Integrations:
Connect STT (Speech-to-Text)
Connect Voice Cloning
Connect Dubbing
Optimize UI components and fields based on backend response

Milestone #3 – Advanced Modules:
Implement AI Avatar
Connect AI Stories
Connect Movie Studio
UI/UX refinements and popup handling

Milestone #4 – Finalization:
Bug fixes and performance improvements
Code cleanup and documentation
Final UI/UX polishing and testing

How We Work
You will work with our 95% ready WebUI and connect it to backend APIs
Our backend developer provides API endpoints and data structures—you focus on integration and frontend adaptation
UI optimization during development: You may need to add/remove fields, adjust popups, or enhance UI based on integration needs
Work in small, well-defined milestones with clear deliverables
Frequent communication, pull requests, and iterative development
Code reviews, collaborative problem-solving, and regular deployments
An NDA will be required before project kickoff to protect IP and project details
