Long Term Employee needed for Established American Company

We have been looking for the right person to add to our team.
The ideal candidate will work during a split shift that will overlap in my time zone.
The ideal candidate will need to run monitask.com for time tracking. If you are interested in an hourly job you must run the time tracker for your hourly work.
If you would like a per task work. You will have to set a deadline and cost for the task upfront +/- 10%.
We are only interested in a developer that has the time to focus on a great new opportunity with an establish medical software company. If you are work on several project this may not be a good fit as this work will be complex and time consuming. Please only apply if you are ready to commit to work on the project.
The skills we are looking for are the following
Mandatory - Required
at least 2 - 3 years Experience with React Js - The longer the experience the higher the interview priority you will have.
Recommended Back End skills
Node.JS

Recommended Cloud Skills
AWS serverless

RDS
experience.
You will be expected to work between the hours of 5 am EST to 5 PM EST. you can pick the hours. But can not start later than 9 am EST. We have stand up and sprint calls daily between 9:30 am and 11am EST.
We use trello, git and AWS serverless.
Development experience in the Amazon cloud is a plus.
