Key Responsibilities:
- Frontend Leadership:

- Performance Optimization: Lead efforts to optimize frontend components for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring smooth user interactions and responsive design.
- Fullstack Integration:
- Backend Collaboration: Oversee and support backend functionalities including API design and database management, ensuring seamless integration with frontend operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Proven Leadership: At least 5 years of experience in a lead developer role, focusing on frontend development with comprehensive knowledge in fullstack capacities.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Frontend Expertise: Advanced proficiency in client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React), deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern responsive design techniques. Experience with NextJs and React in Typescript is a must.
- Backend Knowledge: Skilled in backend development with familiarity in languages such as Python and Node.js, and frameworks like FastApi and NestJs are a must.
- API Development: Extensive experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
- Database Skills: Strong background in managing both relational and NoSQL databases.
Nice to have: Experience with Supabase, Prisma, AWS services like EC2, ECS, S3, Cloudfront. Moreover, it would be a huge plus point if you have experience with Matomo.
