Laravel-React UI Overhaul

I already have a solid Laravel back-end in place and now want to bring the front-end to life with a colorful, vibrant interface built in React.js. Your main mission is to translate existing API endpoints into fast, dynamic components, add a splash of bold visual style, and make sure everything feels smooth across modern browsers and mobile devices.
You will receive detailed Figma mock-ups that capture the palette and motion I’m after, access to a Git repository containing the current Blade templates, and a set of REST endpoints documented in Postman. I expect reusable React components, state handled cleanly (Context or Redux—your choice), and clear instructions so I can extend the UI later without hassle.
Key acceptance criteria:
• Pages load under 2 seconds on a standard 4G connection.
• Code passes ESLint and PHPStan checks in the provided CI pipeline.
• Final build integrates seamlessly when served through Laravel Mix.
