Karat Certified Full-Stack Trainer Required (Java + React/Angular)

We are looking for an experienced Karat Certified Full-Stack Developer/Trainer who has successfully cleared a Karat technical interview and has hands-on experience with the Karat interview process.

The trainer will deliver internal and/or external training focused on helping candidates prepare for Karat technical assessments.

Requirements
Successfully cleared a Karat technical interview (mandatory).
Strong experience in Java (Core Java, Spring Boot).
Proficiency in React.js and/or Angular.
Excellent understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA).
Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and system design fundamentals.
Experience conducting technical training, mentoring, or interview coaching.
Ability to explain concepts clearly and conduct live coding sessions.
Familiarity with Karat interview expectations, coding standards, and evaluation criteria.
Training Responsibilities
Deliver live online training sessions.
Conduct mock Karat interviews.
Train candidates on frontend and backend coding challenges.
Review solutions and provide constructive feedback.
Share interview strategies, coding best practices, and time management techniques.
Help candidates improve problem-solving and communication during technical interviews.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience as a corporate trainer or technical mentor.
Experience coaching candidates for Karat or similar technical interviews.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Availability for flexible training schedules.
