I want a single-page web experience that walks visitors step-by-step through the Transformer architecture using crisp 2D animations they can actively manipulate. The page should let users pause, scrub, and highlight individual tokens so they can see in real time how
• the Attention mechanism computes weights,
• the Encoder processes the input sequence layer-by-layer, and
• the Decoder generates the output sequence.
A short text panel should accompany each stage, updating automatically as the viewer interacts with the graphics. Smooth SVG or Canvas motion is fine; React + D3, GSAP, or similar JavaScript libraries are welcome as long as the result is lightweight and works in any modern browser without extra installs.
Please deliver clean, well-commented source code, all artwork, and a brief README explaining how to run the site locally and deploy it. Acceptance is based on visual clarity, seamless interactivity, and accurate depiction of the three components above.
