Improving UI of my Electron/React App

I'm seeking a front end expert to enhance the design/UI of my existing desktop app built with Electron and React and Tailwind. The desired design style is modern and minimalist, with a specific focus on colors and themes. I just want some changes to the css so it doesn't look as bare-bones as it is right now and i want to add some more functionality to the app. please look at the photos below (one of them is the current state, other one is the final design)

Key Requirements:
- Improve the overall design/UI of the app
- Implement a modern, minimalist design style
- Revamp colors and themes to match the new design style

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in React
- Strong understanding of CSS and flex-boxes
- Strong background in UI/UX design
- Understanding of Electron would be a plus but its not required as this mostly involves react and css.
- Experience with modern, minimalist design
