Implement eSignature workflow in MERN application

have a project that is built with MERN and are looking to implement eSignatures with either HelloSign or Anvil.

Current form wizards post form data to HelloSign/Anvil

eSignatures are requested by all parties
Document is referenced in the backend API (Node/Mongoose)
