2D Image Editor for an Application

Hi everyone,
We have been developing a 3d sock configurator for a knitting factory. We want to outsource the project for a long term to further develop the configurator.
The configurator has been developed in React.js and babylon.js for the 3D visualization of the sock. In the configurator currently you can select the type, size, colors and upload a template image for a personalized sock design. Users can share or submit the project for a quote request.
Requirements:
We need besides the ability to select the type, size, color and ability to upload an image/template to also edit a sock image template directly from the application for customers that don’t use desktop graphic editors (s.a. Photoshop).
In other words it needs to be a 2D Editor where users can customize their sock design by: uploading, drag and drop images, scale them, erase, zoom in/out, rotation, paint, add basic shapes and text (with Google fonts).

Most probably, a javascript-based 2D canvas will help achieve this but we are open to any proposal that will help implement the above requirements. It does not need to have the exact look found in our mockup but we do need the features written in the documentation.
