Phase 2 – Buyer Experience (Next 30 Days):
- Virtual site visit scheduler (Zoom/Google Meet API)
- Document preview (PDF)
- Paid legal report download (via Razorpay)
- Buyer privacy (no number shown till interest)
- Internal chat OR masked number
- Post-sale dashboard (registry, resale, interiors)
Tech Preference:
Frontend: React.js + Tailwind CSS (or similar modern stack)
Backend: Node.js (Express) OR Laravel
Database: MongoDB / PostgreSQL
Auth: Firebase or OTP-based system
APIs: Google Maps, Razorpay, Zoom/Google Meet
Hosting: Vercel / DigitalOcean / Render
Timeline:

Full system (Phase 1+2): Within 60–75 days (flexible with quality)

30% on Phase 1 functional delivery
