Job ID: 39327560

Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR

I am seeking a professional web developer to build a modern, clean, and user-friendly website for my home service company. The website needs to reflect the high-quality service we provide and be easy for customers to navigate.

Key Responsibilities:
Nexture: Complete App & Website Specification Document

Introduction
Nexture is a tech-enabled service marketplace platform that connects customers with trusted service providers (vendors and servicemen) across various categories like home services, elder care, babysitting, post-hospital care, beauty, cleaning, and more. Designed for high efficiency, cost optimization, and trust, Nexture operates on a unique commission and slot-based model tailored for urban societies.

Core Vision
To provide quality and affordable services at the doorstep within minutes or flexible time slots while ensuring fair pay, efficiency, and transparency for both vendors and customers.

Platform Overview

Customer App (Frontend + Backend)

On first login: Mobile OTP-based authentication with name and location.

After login: Auto-login with persistent session.

Location detection: GPS-enabled with option to set manually via map.

Home screen: Two primary service options: “Get Service in 10 Minutes” and “Book at Lower Price”.

Core navigation bar: Profile | Cart | Wallet | Search bar | Current/Map location

Services grid: Organized into service categories (e.g., Cleaning, Beauty, Elder Care, etc.)

Tapping a service shows:

Subcategories

Upload image option (optional)

Dynamic pricing

Add to cart

Slot selector (for low-cost bookings)

Instant “10 min” button (instant booking)

Payment via UPI, wallet, cards, or cash

Live Tracking: Shows vendor/service man on map

Post-Service: Option to mark service as done, rate, request refund, or raise revisit request

Backend Logic:

Booking is routed to nearest available vendors only

If “10 min service” is selected:

High-priority match to available vendor nearby

Full visiting charge applied

If “low price” service is selected:

Slot is assigned where multiple services are grouped in nearby areas

Visiting charges are split (reduced cost for customer)

When customer completes payment, vendor can view exact customer location

Customer support and help features (chatbot or live chat + ticket system)

Vendor Panel (Frontend + Backend)
Frontend UX/UI:

First login: Mobile verification + input of services provided, documentation upload (Aadhaar, PAN, photo, etc.)

Dashboard:

Add/manage servicemen

View incoming service requests (10 min vs. slot-based)

Assign requests to servicemen

Manage earnings, commission deductions, and payouts

View vendor reviews & service completion stats

Backend Logic:

Vendor only sees service requests from nearby areas

Vendor can view exact customer location once the customer completes payment for the service

Vendors assign service to appropriate serviceman

Commission Model:

Admin charges flat 13% per service to vendor

Vendor may retain fixed cut or percent from serviceman

Serviceman App
Frontend UX/UI:

If affiliated with a vendor:

Apply to vendor and get approved

Receive assigned services from vendor

If independent:

Can view and accept direct services near their area

Service flow:

Accept job → View customer → Navigate → Mark complete

See their earnings, reviews, and upcoming schedule

Backend Logic:

Serviceman profile mapped to vendor or listed independently

Access controlled to location-based services only

Prioritized service slots

Dedicated manager

Real-time vendor availability

Discounted rates

Custom reporting & community offers

Add-On Sales:

Add-on goods: Home cleaning products, beauty kits, etc.

Sponsored vendors and brand tie-ups (local salons, appliance brands)

In-app product sales during booking

Bulk Service Slot Model:

For "Low-cost booking", 3–4 services are clubbed in same locality slot

Visiting charges are divided, optimizing vendor logistics and customer affordability

Vendor Selection Process:

Verified with background checks (Aadhaar, PAN, address, skill certificates)

Must provide service history and ratings

Vendors rated below 3.5 are removed after threshold

Vendor to Service Ratio Logic:

One vendor can onboard up to 5 servicemen

If <90% fill rate is observed, more vendors are onboarded

Smart Matching System:

Location + availability based

Machine learning model scores vendors on:

Proximity

Ratings

Speed of past deliveries

Slot optimization

UI/UX Guidelines:

Simple, intuitive interface with onboarding screens

Use pastel and clean shades with large fonts for easy navigation
