Hiring Platform

I am looking to build a job board platform for my business. I already have some ideas in mind, but I also need guidance and advice on the best direction to take. Furthermore, I'd like the hiring platform to include a payment system so I can handle and process payments electronically. If my project is successful, I'll be able to provide an excellent job posting and hiring experience to employees and employers alike.
