GoLang/React/Postgres Full-Stack Developer Needed for Risk Management And Culture Assessment Tool

Ledgestone leverages data to assess the risks that firms face, providing actionable steps to help them operate and grow in a safe and sustainable way. The insurance industry has been broken since its inception with incentives that simply do not align insurer interests with client interests. Insurance was conceived as a tool to mitigate risk. We are working to change the game by shifting the focus from reducing the cost of losses when they occur to identifying why losses occur and building paths to prevent them from inception.
We're starting in the Construction space with plans to look at risk in other industries in the future.
We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help us accelerate development of our customer portal as well as develop some internal tools. Our MVP is nearly complete, and we're looking to build out a team to add more features and further grow the tool. Our stack uses GoLang, React, PostgreSQL, and Microsoft SQL Server, and we use AWS and Control Plane for hosting.
Our current system has features that enable automated generation of complicated PDF documents using relevant insurance information. Login and authentication are completed, and we are 60% complete with a culture measurement survey tool. The first deliverable is to complete the survey tool.
