Gather Transaction Data from Coinbase API

I have a skeleton of a crypto portfolio project on a Django website. I want to allow users to login and connect in read-only mode to their Coinbase account. This job requires experience using the Coinbase API to download the user's transactions which would then be displayed on a line chart (total value) and a pie chart (percentages for each coin in account).
