Note, we also consider developers with little experience, as we are always helping freelancers to grow and we will teach you some things you dont know yet.

- full-time support from Senior Team Lead and experienced manager not only with development related questions but also with Life, believe me everyone needs help when in procrastination mode)
- freedom - we do not have any bureaucracy, we are young and you are our equal; no fixed work hours, just tasks with deadlines and regular morning calls(meetings)
- your growth
- perfmance reviews each 3 month, so each quarter your salary can raise, we are interested in it
