Full-Time React Developer, 3 Months

Over the next three months I need a React JS specialist who can dedicate 37.5 hours each week (roughly 150 hours per month) to a client project building web applications for my software company, 24social. The work centres on React and related tooling—expect plenty of state management and component optimisation—so deep familiarity with modern React patterns, hooks, and functional components is essential.

The application you will help shape relies on real-time data updates and highly interactive UI components. Experience wiring React to WebSocket or similar live-data streams, maintaining snappy user interactions, and keeping performance budgets in check will be put to daily use. While the emphasis is on web, an understanding of mobile-responsive techniques is still valuable because every screen must feel smooth across devices.

I’m flexible on whether the hours come from one full-time engineer or a small team sharing the load, as long as the weekly 37.5-hour commitment is met reliably. If collaboration goes well, there’s a strong chance we will extend the engagement beyond the initial three-month window.
