Project Overview:
We are developing a next-generation, multilingual bookable rental platform for the UK market, combining daily short-term and monthly medium-term property bookings. Inspired by Airbnb, HousingAnywhere, and AmberStudent, the focus is on low commissions, secure Stripe payment flows, modern UX, and a scalable foundation.

Key Features:
- Two user types (Landlords, Tenants)
- User registration with KYC/verification
- Landlord and Tenant dashboards
- Daily/monthly bookings with dynamic calendar
- Holding fee system, commission caps, refund logic
- Stripe split payments, deposits, and holds
- Listings with images, amenities, map (Google/Mapbox)
- Advanced search and filters
- Map-based UI similar to AmberStudent
- Internal messaging and notifications
- Multilingual-ready (EN now, BG Phase 2)
- Admin dashboard (users, properties, transactions)
- Fully responsive design with clean, modern UX
- (Optional Phase 2) Chatbot assistant for onboarding and browsing
Preferred Tech Stack:
- Frontend: React.js (or Next.js)
- Backend: Node.js/Express (open to Python/Django, Laravel)
- Database: PostgreSQL
- Hosting: AWS, Vercel, or similar
- Payment: Stripe
- Map: Google Maps or Mapbox
Timeline:
- MVP delivery target: within 3 months
- Clear milestones with Git updates and test environment.
