About the Role
AVO is looking for full-stack developers to join our growing team. You will have the opportunity to work with us on the first product of the company, which is an online platform to help companies improve the retention of employees by getting to know their employees.

Be a part of building our technology department from scratch
Develop
Work closely with a team of skilled professionals in a great atmosphere
What You'll Need
7+ years of hands-on development experience.
Experience in Client-side development - React, MobX, ES6.
Experience in Node.js w/ NestJS
Experience with Typescript
Experience with cloud environment
Experience with observables
Experience with Postgres DB
Experience working with Continuous deployment methodologies.
Excellent self-learning skills and a can-do attitude.
High ownership and Accountability, thorough.
Ability to work in a dynamic, changing, fast-paced environment.
Good business orientation
