Full-Stack Senior Developer (Node/React)

I’m expanding our engineering capacity and need a hands-on Sr. Full-Stack Developer who can own technical delivery end-to-end with Node.js on the server and React.js on the client. You’ll be writing production code every day while steering architecture, guiding estimates with our Project Manager, and mentoring two to four mid-level engineers.

Most of our roadmap centres on customer-facing web applications with companion mobile builds, so you should feel equally comfortable shaping REST/GraphQL back-ends, crafting responsive React components, and reviewing pull requests for performance, security, and scalability. Continuous deployment lives in GitHub Actions; infrastructure runs on AWS, so practical experience there is a plus.

This is a full-time, individual-contributor position. I’m not considering agencies or outsourcing firms. If you thrive in an environment where you both architect and code, and you can demonstrate solid experience leading small teams through successful launches, I’d like to hear from you.
