*Project 1: golu.ai*
Golu.ai is an AI-powered website for real estate price projections. The platform will greet users with an interactive world map. Users can point to any location, and the system will utilize LLM APIs to retrieve historical real estate prices. Using linear regression analysis, the platform will predict real estate prices for the next 10 years.
*Responsibilities:*
- Develop a responsive and user-friendly interface using React.
- Integrate map visualization tools like OpenStreetMap, Leaflet, or similar.
- Implement linear regression chart visualization using libraries like ECharts or D3.js.
- Work with LLM APIs to fetch and analyze historical real estate data.
- Ensure seamless integration of AI components for real estate price prediction.
*Project 2: scrn.in*
Scrn.in is an AI-powered recruiting platform designed to screen candidates for the first round of interviews. The platform will ask field-specific questions, and candidates will respond via voice. Their responses will be transcribed to text, and ChatGPT will analyze and score the answers based on a predefined database.
*Responsibilities:*
- Develop an interactive and user-friendly interface using React.
- Implement voice-to-text transcription capabilities.
- Integrate ChatGPT API for analyzing and scoring candidate responses.
- Develop and maintain a database of predefined answers for comparison.
- Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the AI-driven recruitment process.
*Required Skills:*
- Proficiency in React and Node.js.
- Experience with map visualization tools (e.g., OpenStreetMap, Leaflet).
- Knowledge of linear regression chart visualization (e.g., ECharts, D3.js).
