Full-Stack Developer Laravel, React.js, Python, MongoDB, Django– A stable, long-term position third core developer

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with strong front and Backend expertise to join our in-house development team as the third team member. You will work exclusively on our internal platforms—no client or external projects.
We are currently:
2 Backend Developers they doing Frontand backend work, and support our App developers to complete our Products, We are now seeking a full-stack developer to become the third team member. You will take collaborating with our App Developers and provide him the API or anythig releated to his work.
This is a long-term role where you will shape the user experience of our internal tools and real-time systems.
Tech Stack & Responsibilities
You will work with:
Frontend: React.js, HTML5, CSS3/Tailwind, JavaScript (ES6+)
Backend: Laravel, Django (Python) – for integration and occasional feature building
Real-Time Systems: WebSocket.io, Firebase/Firestore, Agora-like UI components
State Management: Redux, Context API, or similar
Database: MongoDB, Docker (basic integration understanding)
Tools: Git, Docker, RESTful & WebSocket APIs
Your responsibilities will include:
Building and maintaining real-time UI components (chat, notifications, live updates)
Collaborating closely with our developers to integrate APIs, Create new Module for them in the dashoard
Developing full-stack features – from database to UI when needed
Creating and optimizing reusable frontend libraries and components
Implementing systems such as:
Real-time chat and collaboration interfaces
Admin dashboards and internal CMS
User management and permission UI
Data visualization and monitoring panels
