Front End Expert – HTML5 & Tailwind.css

We are looking for a frond-end expert with sound knowledge on Tailwind CSS who can convert JPEGs into Web Pages. Exposure to Nuxt.js Framework will be an added advantage as we are using Nuxt.js with Laravel APIs for our product.
