Front End Development in React JS for an Enterprise SaaS Tool

I need a skilled front-end developer to create an enterprise SaaS tool in React JS. I have a design for the project; however, it needs some adjustments so the developer should be willing to make those changes. The desired functionality of the SaaS tool is a user dashboard that includes data visualization and task management.
