Front-End Developer Technical Interviewer

Key Responsibilities
Conduct technical interviews for front-end developer candidates (junior to senior levels).
Evaluate candidates on HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), React / Angular / Vue, and related technologies.
Assess understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and performance optimization.
Review and score coding exercises or live coding sessions.
Provide objective feedback and hiring recommendations to the recruitment team.
Maintain consistency and fairness across all interviews.
Suggest improvements in the technical hiring process and question bank.
Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills & Experience
3–6 years of professional front-end development experience.
Strong hands-on knowledge of:
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
One or more major frameworks: React.js / Angular / Vue.js
Responsive and cross-browser design principles
Version control systems (Git)
Prior experience conducting interviews or mentoring developers preferred.
Excellent communication and evaluation skills.
Ability to ask insightful technical questions that test real-world ability, not just theory.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Next.js, TypeScript, or Tailwind CSS.
Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress).
Basic understanding of backend integration (APIs, Node.js).
Exposure to hiring tools like HackerRank, Codility, or internal technical test systems.
Interview Focus Areas
Core Front-End Skills: HTML, CSS, JS fundamentals, DOM manipulation.
Framework Proficiency: React or equivalent.
