Fix Sign-Up Bug, Prep App

I’m Franco, founder of TipTap.website. The platform is live on Base44 and already has a few early users, but new registrations suddenly throw a “user entity permission denied” error. An AI log hints at a missing signup.jsx, yet I’m not sure whether the root cause is front-end, back-end, or their handshake.

What I need right now is threefold:
• First, diagnose and fully repair the sign-up flow so anyone can create an account without errors.
• Second, freshen the overall look and feel—tighten styling, fix any rough UI edges, and leave the site looking polished.
• Third, package the finished product for release on Google Play and the Apple App Store once the web version is solid.

Please include a detailed project proposal outlining how you would:
– Identify and resolve the registration issue (tools, tests, rollback plan).
– Refine the design without disrupting existing functionality.
– Handle the web-to-app transition, whether via PWA, React Native, or another approach, and guide me through store submission.
