Fix React project packages and deploy its dockerfile into Google Container Registry

Our React project website has a dockerfile in order to be pushed into the Google Container Registry and then it’s deployed as a service in Google Cloud Run. For some reason, when the image is pushed and then deployed as a service in Cloud Run, it shows an error related to the Node-Sass package. We need the site to compile, deploy and publish successfully.
