Fix Bug on Delegate Section of web3 Dapp

Fix Delegate Section of web3 app that interacts with a Songbird Network Smart contract where users can delegate to price oracles using the wrapped songbird tokens. Currently there is a request in the script that is being block by CORS making the script print "Network error"
