Figma design to react.js

I am looking for a skilled developer who can take my Figma design and convert it into a working React.js webpage and mobile page. The final project should include advanced interactions such as drag-and-drop and complex animations. I have a detailed style guide that must be followed throughout the project. There are no additional features needed, just the implementation of the design as-is.

Ideal skills and experience:
