Figma Designs to React/Next.js Code and vercel deployment

Job ID: 39808254

Budget: $8 – $15 USD

reelance Frontend Developer (Figma → React/Next.js Integration)

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Developer (freelancer/contract) to take our finalized Figma design (link here) and bring it to life in our existing codebase. The ideal candidate has experience turning modern UI/UX designs into clean, responsive, and production-ready code while integrating with backend APIs.

Responsibilities
• Convert provided Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive React/Next.js components.
• Integrate the front-end with our existing backend (Node.js/TypeScript + Supabase/Postgres).
• Ensure code consistency with existing project structure, conventions, and component library.
• Optimize performance for speed and scalability (SSR/ISR, lazy loading, etc.).
• Collaborate via GitHub for code reviews, PRs, and issue tracking (Linear).
• Deliver Loom walkthroughs of implemented sections before final merge.

Required Skills
• React.js + Next.js (production experience).
• TypeScript (strict typing, interfaces, props).
• TailwindCSS (or similar utility-first styling).
• Experience consuming REST APIs and handling authentication flows.
• Strong knowledge of responsive layouts and accessibility best practices.
• Proficiency with Git/GitHub workflows (branches, PRs, commits).

Nice to Have
• Familiarity with Supabase (auth, database, storage).
• Experience with Twilio APIs (for messaging features).
• Understanding of Drizzle ORM or Prisma.
• Prior work integrating Figma → Next.js projects with reusable components.
• Exposure to Vercel/Railway deployments.

What We’re Looking For
• Ability to translate Figma design exactly into a functional front-end.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to design specs.
• Communicative, proactive, and comfortable working async.
• Can provide code samples or a GitHub portfolio of similar projects.

Project Scope
• Initial engagement: Implement main pages/components from Figma design into codebase.
• Deliverables: Fully responsive front-end, integrated with backend API calls, and merged into our repo.
• Potential for ongoing freelance collaboration after successful delivery.

How to Apply

Please send:
1. GitHub/portfolio link with relevant front-end work.
2. Short note on your experience with Next.js + Figma handoff.
3. (Optional) Loom walkthrough of a past Figma → code implementation.
