Expert Frontend Developer for React/Next.js Project

Frontend Developer (React.js and Next.js) 7+ years
About the Role
We're looking for a passionate and skilled Frontend Developer with hands-on experience in React.js and Next.js to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with modern frontend tools and practices, and should have a strong focus on code reusability, performance, and responsive design.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable frontend applications using React.js and Next.js
Utilize React Hooks, Context API, and custom hooks for efficient state and logic management
Implement and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
Work with Tailwind CSS to build responsive and visually consistent UI components
Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and handle authentication using libraries like Auth.js, or similar (e.g., NextAuth, Firebase Auth)
Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to build and optimize features
Apply component-driven development principles for reusable and testable UI components
Use Git/GitHub (or GitLab) for version control and collaboration
Write clean, maintainable, and type-safe code using TypeScript (preferred but not mandatory)
Preferred Skills & Experience
Strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals
Working knowledge of Next.js file-based routing and SSR/SSG concepts
Awareness of MVC architecture and service-layered structure
Familiarity with Redux, Zustand, or similar state management libraries
Experience with integrating third-party APIs or libraries
Ability to handle Git operations: push, pull, merge, and resolve conflicts
Knowledge of component-driven design systems and tools (e.g., Storybook is a bonus)
Nice to Have
Experience working with TypeScript for type safety
Prior work in teams practicing agile or lean methodologies
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and deployment workflows
