Experienced Frontend Developer Required

Looking for a frontend Developer
Key Responsibilities:
-Building out modular/component-based visual frontends in tandem with HTTP APIs and modern CMS platforms.
-Bring visual designs to life using the latest in libraries, frameworks, and tooling.
-Experimenting with advanced visual techniques and animations to test the limits of what is possible in modern CSS.
-Defining and setting up a strong foundation for long term maintainability for large scale design systems, and architecting solutions for today's problems and accommodating what future iterations might bring.
-Consult with our in-house visual design team on technical feasibility, prototyping complex interactions or dynamic interfaces, or brainstorming on possible solutions to the problem at hand.
-Learn new technologies on the job. We do not specialize in any one language, framework, tool, or methodology – we require our engineers to be resourceful when it comes to learning about shiny new things.
Skills & Qualifications:
-You should have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience, preferably in a technical role.
-Are able to write high quality, well documented, and maintainable code.
-Have demonstrable professional experience with modern CSS and CSS frameworks such as Tailwind.
-Have demonstrable professional experience with at least one JavaScript framework, such as Alpine, -React, Vue, etc. as well as writing vanilla JavaScript.
-Can empathize with our clients needs and recommend the best possible technical solutions for their unique situations.
-Work on large projects with a team of multiple engineers, UI designers, and product/project managers as well as clients.
-Have digital agency or freelancing experience.
-Are an empathetic, caring, and emotionally intelligent human being.
-Are equally interested in both modern stateful JavaScript frameworks and advanced frontend visual techniques.
