Experienced Developer Needed to Create CRM Integration with WhatsApp and voice conversional Bots
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
We are looking for an experienced developer who can enhance our existing CRM system (Laravel backend, ReactJS frontend) by integrating it with APIs and creating AI bots for customer engagement.
Project Goals:
Leads Page: Enhance our CRM by creating a new page for "Leads". This page will integrate with APIs (including Facebook's API) to automatically gather and display leads data.
WhatsApp Bot: Develop a bot that will automatically contact leads as soon as they provide their details on Facebook. This bot should also update lead status and other information based on client responses.
Email Integration: Integrate our CRM with our WordPress website such that when clients contact us via email, the bot contacts them via WhatsApp, and they are also added to the Leads section of the CRM.
Meeting Scheduling and Contract Management: Develop the bot such that its ultimate goal is to schedule a meeting with the client, synced with our CRM's Meetings page. Post-meeting, the bot should be able to send a price offer and, upon client's approval, draft a contract for them to fill in details and sign. Once the contract is signed, we should be able to schedule services for the client through the CRM based on worker availability.
Multilingual Support: The bot should interact with users in both Hebrew and English.
Client Recognition: The bot should be capable of identifying whether a WhatsApp contact is a Lead, a Potential Client (post-meeting, post-price offer), or a Client (post-contract) and present appropriate options accordingly.
Voice Conversational Bot: Develop a voice bot capable of scheduling meetings with clients who contact us by phone. In all interactions, one option should always be to speak with a human representative.
Multiple Lead Sources Integration: The system should be able to handle leads coming from multiple sources including our website, ads, messages, messenger, and phone calls.
Required Skills:
Extensive experience in Laravel, ReactJS, and WordPress
Familiarity with Facebook API and WhatsApp API
Experience in AI bot creation, particularly with Dialogflow
Understanding of CRM systems
Ability to design solutions with user privacy in mind
Strong communication skills in English
