Enhancement of Recruitment Vendor Platform (React.js & Next.js)

We are looking to enhance and optimize our Recruitment Vendor Platform, currently built using React.js and Next.js. This platform connects employers with third-party recruitment vendors and supports features such as job postings, resume submissions, interview tracking, and vendor management.

Scope of Work
1. UI/UX Improvements
Redesign key components (e.g., Job Dashboard, Resume View, Job Posting Form) for better usability, responsiveness, and readability.
Fix horizontal scroll issues in the admin panel and resume view sections.
Ensure consistency in layout across devices (desktop, tablet, and mobile).

2. Feature Enhancements
Chat Feature: Add a real-time chat module for internal communication (optional third-party like Socket.io, Firebase, or Pusher).

Export Function: Allow export of candidate data for each job posting in CSV/Excel format (for both internal and client views).

Improved CV Viewer: Redesign resume view into a single-page layout for easier review.

Submission Workflow Update: Rename “Submission” to “Candidates” and fix submission issues across internal/admin views.

Help & Support Page with contact form

New Text Field Addition: Add a customizable text input field to specific forms (e.g., job post or candidate form) with full validation and backend support.

3. Backend Integration & Functionality

Configure secure email delivery using Nodemailer, Brevo SMTP for:
Contact form submissions

Admin alerts (e.g., job deletion requests)

Retry logic in case of mail delivery failures.

4. Code Optimization & Component Refactoring
Modularize and refactor reusable components (e.g., buttons, forms, tables).

Improve state management for complex forms and admin flows.
