Engineering Manager for 6 months
Budget: ₹150,000 – ₹250,000 INR
As an Engineering Manager (EM)
You not only have the technical skills to roll up your sleeves and provide technical leadership to major projects but also build and manage a team of 8-10 top-notch engineers
You not only optimize your own code but make sure engineers are able to optimize theirs. As an EM you manage your business goals, contribute to product strategy and help develop your team
Mentor the team members and chart out the career paths for team members
You work closely with Product, Academic Operations, Sales & other Business stakeholders and enable them by providing scalable and high-quality technology solutions at a rapid pace
Comfortable with unclear interfaces to other teams in our rapidly evolving products
You will be building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
What we’re looking for
B.E./ B.Tech (CS) from Tier –1 Institute
Total-experience 7yr.+, people manager for 3yr.+
3+ years of core experience in React JS
Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
Experience in Unit Testing Tools
Experience in working with SQL & NoSQL databases such as MySQL, Postgre SQL, Mongo DB
Knowledge of tools like Jenkins, Maven, Gitlab
Experience in AWS cloud technologies
React Native, Node JS, Python Dganjo, Microservices, Express, Docker, Kubernetes orchestrator
Experience with building, developing, and coaching teams of the best technical talent in the Industry
Experience with new open-source technologies and their adoption into product
