Electronics marketplace for smartphones and other electronics
Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 USD
I don’t want to keep bothering you because i understand you’re a busy person and probably have a lot of projects.
So let’s say i started all over i think the confusing part is to know if I should start all over or build on top of what i currently have, like be honest with me does bubble have the capacity to build all the features I need or could my website handle all of the features I need, so please be truthful with me and let me know what you think is the best route to go. So would it be better to start all over or build on the site I have and how much for both options

Marketplace website buy and sell.
I want the front page to display a category of devices and as you click on the devices it will open up more and more pages until it filters out the exact device you’re looking for. (Look at photo and video below) Product search allows shoppers to easily find items by price, location, size, and other criteria and should have a feature that has a buy or sell tab.
Auction feature for customers to be able to place bids (bidding feature) or have a buy it now feature so either the customer could do a buy it now option or auction feature and a make an offer feature.
Clean admin panel (backend) An admin panel allows an admin to manage products on the marketplace and moderate auctions, users, bids, suspend and website content.
I would want the front end to be simple but yet powerful with good looking footer with actual links and link to pages that are easy to create with blank pages if necessary
The messages to display like airbnb (please look at photo below)
After the customer wins the bid or purchases the item, there should be a sellers or some sort of page that’s between the buyer and seller
Feedback, seller profile for seller and buyer, some sort of buyer and seller rating for the transaction.
A feature for a certain percentage to come out of the transaction from the buyer and the seller so that me the owner is paid 5.5% from PayPal and stripe. A payment feature allows buyers to pay for their purchases using various payment methods such as credit/debit cards or PayPal. Payout functionality is also needed so sellers can withdraw their money from the system.
Verification photo like the feature you had built for me where they need to upload a verification photo to be approved by me with a generated code
Very easy sign up feature and a confirmation email sent to customer after they sign up
Shipping label feature where they are able to generate a shipping after the seller sells a item and the tracking number is automatically uploaded from the label generated
Very easy listing process like the way it currently has
Good looking footer
Most of all I want the website to function correctly with no bugs or errors
